JUSTIN DOLAN, President / Measurement Specialist
Justin founded PER/Lytics in 2016 when clients identified the value his results and his ethical approach brought to their corporation. That value is based on 15 years of industry measurement experience, from the field to corporate offices. Having practical knowledge of measurement systems to audit, Justin covers the foundations of good measurement and next business practices that are waiting to be discovered or enhanced for your company.
Justin is the current chair of the Industry Measurement Group (IMG), the predominant voice of Measurement in the WCSB.
SHERI PUGSLEY, Measurement Analyst
Sheri joined PER/Lytics from day one and had worked with Justin for many years in varying capacities in operational roles. Her attention to detail, her understanding of regulatory requirements, her ability to listen to the client and their needs and her desire to bring it all together, makes Sheri instrumental to the PER/Lytics Team and especially to our clients.
AIMEE THOMSON, Production / Measurement Analyst
Aimee, once a client and is now an integral member of the PER/Lytics Team. With a strong and diverse Production Accounting background, Aimee brings an additional level of diversification and value to benefit our clients. Aimee's drive to find and comprehend clients' needs, while using the compliance framework, enables her to balance business, processes and controls.
