JUSTIN DOLAN, President / Measurement Specialist
​
Co-founder of PER/Lytics and principal service provider since inception, Justin has over 20 years of measurement experience in traditional upstream oil and gas operations to Thermal, Transload Facilities and SAGD.
Justin takes an operational approach and utilizes his knowledge of the regulations to provide clients insight and opportunities. His deep understanding of audit protocol, his passion for measurement, and his view on status quo challenges, makes Justin a trusted advisor that will assist any client with out of the box thinking when addressing solutions identified in the audit process. Justin has developed a reputation as a knowledgeable and ethical specialist.

Justin is the past chair of the Industry Measurement Group (IMG), a member of the Canadian School of Hydrocarbon Measurement (CSHM) school since 2021 and a predominant voice for Measurement in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin (WCSB).


TANIA HABERLACK-DOLAN, Secretary/Treasurer / Measurement Specialist

Co-founder of PER/Lytics as Secretary/Treasurer and as a Measurement Specialist resource and support team member, Tania has over 20 years of experience in many different facets of measurement and volumetrics.
Tania's all-encompassing view of best business practices and compliance from device operation/maintenance, administrative processes, through to Production Accounting, which provides clients with the transparency, understanding, and supporting documentation of all things recorded and reported. Discovering, designing, and writing a comprehensive Measurement and Volumetric Program incorporating stakeholders and applications is her speciality.

Tania is the co-chair of the Industry Measurement Group (IMG) EPAP Subcommittee, member of the AER/SER CAI Subcommittee, past SME for EPAC condensate project, and was part of the AER D017 Red Tape Reduction committee.

SHERI PUGSLEY, Measurement Analyst
​
As the first official employee of PER/Lytics, Sheri came in with many years of experience working in different capacities with Justin. Now with over 25 years in various roles, her focus has been on many details of measurement administration. From the device to the data that many stakeholders rely on, she follows the trail ensuring all processes and controls are effective, efficient and implemented to raise the the level of transparency and compliance.
Sheri's last ten years has been directed and focused on fuel, flare and vent regulatory needs and reporting. From implementing proper recording and reporting spreadsheet calculations to application based tracking, all aspects have been designed and implemented for clients to meet the ever evolving government regulations, including EPAP.

Sheri is a member of the Industry Measurement Group (IMG).

LINDA PRUDEN, Measurement Specialist
​
With over 30 years of experience, Linda's primary focus has been in Production Accounting roles including Joint Venture Accountant; Non-Operated Accountant; Production Revenue Accountant; Supervisor, Production Accounting; and Production Accounting System Training and Development Lead. With the development and implementation of AER EPAP followed by the SER EPAP Programs, her focused turned to Project Lead, EPAP Implementation.
Linda's vast knowledge and understanding of operations over the past 15 years, has evolved her expertise in all the aspects of regulatory requirements and compliance. She is has been an integal part of PER/Lytics for over 2 years.

Linda has participated in various Regulator EPAP, Petrinex and CAI Stakeholder committees. Currently, she participates on the Regulators EPAP CAI Subcommittee and co-chairs the IMG EPAP Subcommittee
